SHY light by Bec Brittain



Reminiscent of crystalline structures, the SHY Light designed by Bec Brittain uses the spare beauty of thin LED tubes to define the edges of its shape; in this way the function of piece is created by the form of the piece, and vice versa. The modular system allows for many configurations - ceiling lights, floor lamps, or growing out from a corner of the room. See more;

About Bec Brittain:

Is a designer and artist in Brooklyn, NY. After studying furniture design at Parsons and getting a philosophy degree from NYU, Brittain received an architecture degree from The Architectural Association School of Architecture in London. Her work consistently reflects her variety of interests--creating relationships between concept and material, the natural and produced, decorated and sparse.
