Inverted by Maess

“Inverted” exposition resulted from Maess residential stay in Argentina and it consists of collection of drawings based on very special topography of the city of La Plata.
Maess treated hypothetical ideal city design with multiple conversions, violating in fact the existing realities. A space exploration between a starting point and the final one, invites the viewer to experience his/her own intellectual adventure of seeing the exposition much beyond the borders of any induced imaginary limits. Important thing is that Maess strives not to achieve certain predetermined goal but what is valued for her is to find moments and places where imperfections and errors of inversion process saw the daylight."
