I'm fan of Taylor Holland's geometrical loop animations which are created and animated only using Illustrator and recorded through a video capture. They are animated specifically using the tools this software provides to repeat the last action. Once Taylor has the composition he usually use rotation to animate them, but getting so many different results. As he says the speed of the animation depends on his MacBook's ability to process the effect. Check out this previous post featuring more pieces. See more;
