Alexander Lysov

Alexander Lysov has created along last year some interesting blinking light installations. The one in the first video into the post happened at ARTPLAY, ICA Moscow in the exhibition 'On the fresh air', the installation is an experiment with minimal interruption in the exhibition space. A hidden controller added in the lighting system which generates failures and disturbances in the electrical network. Work becomes visible only in moments of failure, other times it does not actually exist in the space of the exhibition. This installation continues the Alexander Lysov's research into accidents, randomness and errors. See more;
