"Melting rainbows" is a study of abstract photography based on my viewpoint. And it is on the millions of possibilities a photograph would hold such as "the moments which would have existed", "the infinitely continuous moment". It is also about the contradiction between what we see in an image and the structure behind it.
In this series, the inkjet prints of my last series "Rainbow Form" was placed in the balcony of my room and the changing process of the surface (ink was melt with the rain and snow and became dew drops with the heat from the sunlight.) was observed and photographed." - Taisuke Koyama
